RB-Trainingszentrum Cottaweg is RB Leipzig’s modern training and academy complex, located on Cottaweg in Leipzig, Germany. Completed in 2015, the site includes professional training facilities, academy infrastructure, an integrated boarding school and football pitches used by RB Leipzig’s women’s team and youth sides. Close to the Red Bull Arena, it is a central venue for elite player development and women’s football at RB Leipzig.
