The Liga Femenina Apuesta Total is the top tier of women’s football in Peru. It brings together the country’s leading women’s clubs in the national championship. Under its 2026 format, the season features an Apertura tournament and a Clausura tournament. Each begins with a single-table regular phase followed by playoffs involving the highest-ranked teams. If two different clubs win the tournaments, they meet to decide the national title; if the same team wins both, it is automatically crowned Peruvian champion. The national champion also qualifies for the Copa Libertadores Femenina.
