The 1. WFL, also known as the First Women’s Football League or Prva ŽFL, is the top tier of women’s football in North Macedonia. It brings together the country’s leading women’s clubs in the national championship. The competition is played as a league championship with a single table. The club finishing first is crowned champion of North Macedonia and may qualify for European competition, while the lowest positions are linked to relegation or a survival play-off.
